Several hurdles have been solved where the feeds are concerned, somewhat reminding me of the Vegas Pro 8.c that finally in my mind made it worth an upgrade.
Without getting into the video editing thing, several options that were tedious and structurally unforgiving have been worked out for those of us with more than one interest and more than one type of reader.
For me, this has the advantage of being able to basically writing what I want where I want under one roof, which was growing increasingly tedious and unmanageable independent of the demise of the old site.
It further gives me a pathway of development that should cause a lot less misery on my end than before, namely spending more time building the infrastructure than doing something interesting and productive with it.
For you, the gentle reader, I can create dedicated feeds within the same site, but more importantly, you can subscribe to that which is more interesting to you and not the rest.
What this means is, someone who is interested in some basic Internet, computer usage, may not be interested in a revised poem about cat shit.
There are those rare souls who want it all, but for the rest of the planet, this is, I think, a better approach.
